Carly Olson is a Real Estate Broker and interior design veteran who works with buyers and sellers to create a comfortable and knowledgeable experience throughout the entire process of selling a nostalgic home or buying a dream home. After spending more than decade working as an interior designer for Denver's top design firms as well as several years as a real estate broker, Carly knows that changes in lifestyle inspire your housing desires. She works to match buyers with a home that fits their location, lifestyle and budget. She prepares sellers with a custom plan to put their homes on the market, keeping costs in mind and providing maximum results. Her main source of clientele are referrals so it’s common for her to work with friends, different generations within families, and acquaintances. She often goes the extra mile to ensure a smooth sale and uses her creative ability to her clients’ advantage.
Carly holds double Master of Arts degrees in Interior and Graphic Design from Florence Design Academy. She graduated from the University of Colorado with a BA in Communications, minoring in Economics. Her design background has landed coverage in print and broadcast outlets, both regional and national. She has worked on several high-profile charity design projects in Denver. Her own work has been featured in various regional design magazines, including the Colorado Homes & Lifestyles, Young Designer's Challenge podcast series and an appearance on HGTV's Design Star .
Carly grew up in Idaho Springs and loves the lifestyle that Colorado provides. She lives in Golden, CO and enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, camping, and skiing. She specializes in the negotiation and execution of buying and selling mountain homes plus focuses on real estate throughout the I-70 corridor, foothills and west side to Downtown Denver. She is a genuine people-person who has a true passion for all things related to lifestyle and home.
