My wife and I moved to Breckenridge in 2018 from Michigan. Our family purchased a winter vacation home in Breck decades before as a family retreat. Our large extended family often gathers for winter ski trips, summer hiking, and to enjoy the mountain solitude. Creating a family atmosphere, rich with adventure and experience, is something I wish to make possible for every family I advise as a Realtor.
Before we relocated, my wife accepted a teaching position at the Little Red School House near the Wellington Community in Breckenridge. This small community ingratiated us from the moment we moved into town. Small community gatherings, summer camping trips, and rafting with our friends from Little Red have been highlights of our life in Summit County. It has also made me a more knowledgeable Realtor and I can confidently advise ideal locations for clients based on hobbies, activities, and our local daycare/preschool options.
I joined LIV Sotheby’s International Realty and the Day/Palazola Group in 2021. I have been a member of the Summit Association of Realtors since 2020. Aaron Shriner is our managing broker and I work alongside Tom Day, Bo Palazola, and Mark Warshasky. The Day/Palazola Group listed and sold over $70 million in luxury real estate in Summit County throughout 2020. We will continue to service this secondary, luxury market with expertise and great care for our clients.
