Lou Cirillo is a native Long Islander who traded in the beach for Breckenridge’s coveted ski lifestyle over two decades ago. With a 30 year track record working at the world’s top technology companies, he brings a unique and innovative approach to real estate that is rooted in results. Matched by his integrity and trademark drive, Lou has achieved nearly a decade of success buying and selling property across Summit County. And his passion for people means he is willing to roll up his sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the deal done.
“I helped a young family get into their first home and spent many days working with the owner to move him out,” Lou explains. “He was elderly, and I knew that if I didn’t get it done there was no way the home would close. He could not afford to hire anyone, so I moved him. In the end, everyone was happy. That is what this job is all about. Helping people, and building meaningful relationships for years to come.”
A natural connector of people and places, Lou is relatable to a variety of clientele. From young families and first time home buyers, to multi-millionaire’s and seasoned investors, no client is too big or small for Lou to serve. When it comes to marketing, he leverages tried and true sales practices and an innate ability to spot market trends to generate extraordinary outcomes for his clients. Lou is also a world traveler and brings with him a deep understanding of the global nuances that influence decisions. Combined with the reach and resources of the world’s leading luxury real estate brand, Lou offers a clear advantage for buyers and sellers in Summit County.
Lou lives happily with his wife of over 30 years in a ski-in/ski-out property in Breckenridge that backs to national forest and serves as an intimate setting when hosting family and friends. A proud father of two grown children, Lou has been quite involved locally with his kid’s schools, and formerly sat on the Board of Team Summit – a youth development organization empowering athletes to realize and celebrate their personal podiums through athletics, education, and life skills.
In addition, Lou stepped up as chief of competition services for the Rocky Mountain Freestyle Association for many years, while helping to grow the sport in the area. Serving as a valued member of the Boy Scout Troop 187 leadership team as his sons became Eagle Scouts, top off a number of Lou’s volunteering efforts within the county. When he is not showing ski properties or developing a custom marketing strategy, Lou can be found traveling, skiing, golfing, or hitting the beach.
