Michele Ciardullo doesn’t mess around when it comes to living life to its fullest, or when it comes to business. Michele is consistently ranked in the top 1% of Colorado realtors and has built a reputation as one of the most respected and sought after brokers working in the luxury home market today, yet she still believes that there is always more to learn, “I’m always looking for the next way to make the experience better for my clients, to make the next transaction simpler, to improve my methods and my team.” In a recent Network Meeting, Michele asked her team to answer the question, “What is your superpower?” This question, and the soul searching required to answer it, is only one example of how Michele encourages her team to constantly improve, bring their best skills to every transaction, and use their superpower to their client’s benefit. “I love mentoring. I love showing them what I wish I had known early on, teaching them to skip the hard stuff and go straight to what works.” And Michele knows what works! In life, as in real estate, Michele does not let anything stand in her way. An avid hiker, golfer, bicyclist, and outdoor enthusiast, Michele pushes herself to achieve something amazing everyday. Whether it is climbing that difficult trail, a moment to savor a cup of coffee with the sunrise, taking up a new sport, or repelling off the edge of a building for charity, Michele brings her best to everything she does. Her spirit of adventure, go-getter attitude, and refusal to take no for an answer consistently serve her clients well. “I’m a problem solver and I think outside of the box.” With her infectious laugh, Michele continues, “I don’t like it when things don’t go my way, so I make sure they do.” And that outside-the-box thinking is why things go smoothly for Michele’s clients because when it comes to helping her clients achieve their goals, nothing will stand in her way. Michele is driven, assertive, and she knows what it takes to be successful in such a highly competitive market. Michele works hard and plays hard, but don’t let that fool you into thinking anything about her is actually hard. Michele also loves hard and says her biggest accomplishment, the thing she is most proud of … “It’s 100 percent my kids!” Both Michele’s children excel academically at Cherry Creek High School, and are accomplished athletes. Her son is a competitive baseball player turned mountain shredding snowboarder. A senior at Cherry Creek, he is also focusing on the future and making plans for college. “He’s looking at Montana because it’s a good school, but also for the snowboarding,” laughed Michele.” Her daughter, a competitive cheerleader, is on the World’s Team and made varsity as a freshman. “Seeing her achieve her goals is one of the happiest things in my life.” When Michele isn’t working hard for her clients and rooting them on, she can be found supporting her kids in their dreams and aspirations. As accomplished as her kids are, Michele is most proud of what good people they have become, “I feel like I’ve raised good little humans who are very honest and truthful,” said Michele. Raising good humans is no easy feat, but Michele leads by example and believes that being a role model for her kids is the most important job she will ever do. One example she hopes to set for them is to always think about how they can give back. When she’s not brokering the newest deal, or spending quality time with family and friends, you're likely to find Michele putting her energy toward one of her favorite charities. Michele is an active supporter of The Cancer League, The Lion Project, The Children's Campaign, and Camp Out for Kids.
