With over two decades of sales experience, Rachel’s success has come from building strong relationships. These strong relationships began with her ability to listen and respond. Real estate in Colorado is at the same time extraordinary and complicated. She works to understand her client’s needs, so she can help navigate the nuances of location, schools, lifestyle, price, building opportunities, and more. As she will tell you, there are few things more satisfying in her business than finding the perfect property for a client and this drives her to go the extra mile for her clients. Rachel grew up in what was once a rural area in Oahu running barefoot to school. She happily recalls that, “Wearing shoes felt foreign to all us kids back then and I now get to watch my children leave their shoes at the door to their classrooms today”. The lanai of her family home once overlooked fields of sugar cane, the ocean and Diamond Head beyond. The ease of life and connection to nature she experienced growing up in Hawaii and in Colorado are different versions of her favorite worlds, and after four years in Kaua'i she is back home in Colorado and nearing three decades here in the Centennial state. Her life in Colorado has always been very active and full of hiking, biking, skiing and outdoor adventure. She attained her education at the University of Colorado, Boulder, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology. Rachel met her husband in a ski lift line in Aspen and enjoyed nearly ten years of mountain living and started her children on skis both by age 2.
