The son of an Air Force Colonel, Ryan developed his high ethical standards and integrity from an early age. Being raised in a military family, Ryan has had the opportunity to travel and live abroad throughout his life, growing up in places like Egypt, Germany, and South Korea. This has immensely shaped his worldview and developed his unparalleled ability to adapt and interact with people from all different backgrounds and cultures.
Starting his professional career in the tech industry in Longmont, Colorado, Ryan was able to use his background to quickly find his niche helping customers to learn, understand, and use the various products and software his company provided. After a few years, Ryan found that what he truly enjoyed most was the human connection that came from the direct interaction with his customers. Ryan has since taken this passion for helping others and easily carried it over into his real estate career, providing exceptional and unwavering care and dedication to his clients. Ryan has now placed himself firmly with the Top-Ranking Real Estate Broker in the LIV Sotheby’s Boulder office, his father-in-law, Jeff Erickson. In doing so, Ryan has helped take the Jeff Erickson Group, which also includes his mother-in-law Carliss Erickson, to the next level leaning on his years of experience and work within the tech industry. Ryan helps simplify the process of buying and selling real estate using his innate ability to understand complex information and tasks, easily translating, and relating this information for his clients. On a daily basis, Ryan continues to create value, pulling from the guidance and mentorship of the Erickson team, adding to his knowledge base.
Ryan is happily married to Rebeccah McIntosh, a University of Colorado graduate who has recently joined the Jeff Erickson Group. The couple resides in Longmont with their two rescue dogs, Bentley and Bailey. Outside of real estate, Ryan and Rebeccah are avid supporters of CU athletics and love to ski, bike, hike, camp, and golf.
