Scott Bandoni has been a licensed Realtor in Colorado since 1994. Prior to joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017, Scott was with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices for nearly twenty years. He was a Managing Broker in Beaver Creek from 2008 – 2011. Scott served as an elected Member Director at the Vail Board Of Realtors from 2010-2013. Since roughly 2003, Scott Bandoni has been one of the most consistent, top-producing brokers in the Vail Valley. That, however, is as specific as he likes to get about sales volume. He does not believe accolades for volume of business is any assurance of the quality of your representation.
Scott prefers to be acclaimed for methodically guiding his clients through every facet of the buying or selling processes: thorough market research, economic analysis, transition planning, hands-on purposeful marketing, and diligent contract procedure. And he has the unique ability to implement that expertise in both the Vail Valley and Boulder County markets. He has resided in both towns for nearly a decade.
Originally from Burlington, Massachusetts, Scott graduated from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA in 1990 with a business degree in marketing. After a few years in Boston’s newspaper industry, he moved to the Vail Valley in 1992 'to ski bum for a few years before getting too old’. Although he came for winter, he decided to stay permanently because of summer. He soon met a girl and they married in Beaver Creek Village. They now have two young-adult children. Their daughter is studying digital design at CU Boulder and their son is back east studying ice hockey in Maine. They love their campus lives and Scott finally has a good reason for the kids to use their iPhones.
Beyond real estate and family, Scott is passionate about road biking, mountain biking, hockey, wine and craft beer, Italy and Hawaii…and his garage band on a good night.
